
Cincinnati native, Kim Wiest-Grosser, founded Platinum Marketing Group (PMG) in 2001 after a successful career as one of the region's most respected media sales executives. A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Kim began her media career as an intern for Cincinnati's "Big One" WLW Radio. She did a brief stint in TV sales with MY 64 before heading back to radio, first with her first station WLW and then on to Cincinnati's Oldies station WGRR. Kim became General Sales Manager of WGRR in 1991 and led the station to consistent revenue growth. SInce it's inception, PMG has expanded to include a dedicated graphics design unit, BlackDog Graphics and, as of January 2009, a dedicated media planning and buying division, BlackSkirt Media.

Kate Jacobs-Spak is a true Renaissance Woman who now spend her time as Partner and Chief Media Strategist for BlackSkirt, a division of PMG. A Northern California native, Kate spent her early years exploring her first passion: the culinary arts. She then shifted to the world of media and joined Clear Channel as both a program producer and senior sales executive at one of the country’s top stations: WLW. Kate eventually created her own media and promotion consultancy, Friction Advertising. In 2009, she joined forces with long-time friend and business associate, Kim Wiest-Grosser, to form BlackSkirt Media.
Maya Andreadis, a 1989 graduate from the University of Cincinnati, recently joined PMG/BlackSkirt as Vice President Media, after a successful 22 year career in both media and agency management. Maya Began her first career as a newsroom intern for Cincinnati's NBC affiliate WLWT; eventually holding positons as National Sales Assistant, Sales Account Executive and Marketing & Research Director in her 10 years with the company. Maya broke ground as one of the first job-sharing sales executives in Cincinnati and, with her sales partner, was honored with the first Hearst-Argyle Corporation Eagle Award for New Business Development. After taking a break to begin raising her family, Maya teamed up with her husband Stephen to form Andreadis Advertising. The agency has been extremely successful, having maintained long-term relationships with some of Cincinnati's most notable companies, including McCluskey Cheverolet, Mission Automotive and Richter & Phillips Jewelers. |
